FeaturesEmail hosting
Proper mailboxes on your own domain.
Real inboxes at your own address — you@yourbusiness.com — that work in Apple Mail, Outlook, Gmail on your phone, or the webmail here. Not forwarding to a personal address. And the settings that decide whether your mail arrives instead of landing in spam are written for you.
- 01
Create a mailbox
An address on a domain you already manage here, with as much storage as you want to give it.
- 02
The settings get written
The DNS entries that route your mail and prove it is genuinely from you are added automatically.
- 03
Use whatever app you like
It works with Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird, your phone, or the webmail included here.
Inboxes, not forwarding
Forwarding to a personal address is fine until you need to reply as the business address, keep a copy of what you sent, or hand the account over to somebody else. These are real mailboxes with real storage that work in whatever mail app the person already uses.

The settings that decide whether mail arrives
Mail systems check three things before trusting a message: which servers are allowed to send as you, a signature proving the message was not tampered with, and what to do if either check fails. Getting them wrong is why a form notification ends up in spam. Because your DNS and your mail live in the same place here, they are written correctly when you create the mailbox.
Send your WordPress email through it
Point a site's mail settings at a mailbox on its own domain, and password resets, order confirmations and contact form notifications stop being sent anonymously by the web server. That anonymous sending is the actual reason they go missing.
One bill, one place to look
Hosting in one account, DNS in a second and email in a third means three renewal dates and an argument about whose fault it is when mail stops. This is the same account, the same people and the same invoice.
Common questions
Are these real mailboxes or just forwarding?
Real mailboxes with their own storage that you can reach from any mail app. You can send as the address, and what you send is kept on the server rather than only on the device you typed it on.
Will this stop my WordPress emails going to spam?
It deals with the usual cause. Most missing WordPress mail is sent straight from the web server, from an address with no reputation and nothing proving it is really you. Sending it through a proper mailbox on your own domain, with the right settings in place, is the fix.
Can I use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 instead?
Yes. Point your domain's mail settings at them in the DNS editor and nothing else changes. The mailboxes here exist because a second supplier is not worth the trouble for a small team, not because you have to use them.
What happens to my mail if I leave?
It is already on your devices, and any mail app can export it. There is no unusual format to extract it from.
